            Meaning of the Name Skingle 
After having spoken to several dozen people about this, in person, on the web 
and over the phone, some say the name has Dutch origins, some say it has Danish 
origins. Some people say it has something to do with a persons occupation from 
the old days.In this case we had the `Roof Shingler`, therefore a person could 
have derived `SKINGLE` from shingle. Whatever the reason, like my ancestors 
before me, I am proud to bear this name.
